Question is asking to create an application that tenants can go online and request for service. Eg if the A/C is not working, the tenant can go online and request a service to have the A/C fixed

create a management system application or an app that landloard can use to manage their rental properties. This application should contain

  • Service requests that a tenant can go online to request for service. Service which includes
  1. Create entries for repair records.
  2. Update service requests when it’s completed.
  3. Delete an entry if mistakenly added.
  4. View/Search all the entries created within certain timeframe.
  5. View summaries of expenses on repairs within certain period or with certain types

Rental property portal is a webpage where property owners, clients, customers can exchange information effectively and inexpensively.

Provides user friendly interface, satisfying the needs of the consumers.

Employs a new strategy that facilitates easy management of rental properties.

Online rental property portal is designed to meet every aspect of the consumers.

Features commercial and residential properties for the sale and rent properties.

To simplify work for the rental managers so that work can be efficient and effective.

Existing System:

rental sector remains vigilant to face the challenges of the changes of the exisiting system.

People migrating to other cities or states either for different purposes.

Finding a shelter whichfits all the requirements of the customer is hard, most of them don't match their needs.

Modules:

Owner:

This module is operated by the user who is the owner of the property and wants to give it for rent.

The owner should registerwith an application which will be authorized by the client.

The owner can upload pictures, location, room details, rent.. etc which comes under owner module.

The owner can view the property and add new properties from his module.

Client:

This Module is operated by a client who is an admin to this application who will look after users registering with the application ( Owners and Customers ) and active and deactive them.

Customer:

This module is operated by a customer who needs to register with the application.

A customer is a person who is looking for rent.

The customer is activated by client and customer can search based on specifications and get results about rent details.
