Thanks for the question, since the instance variables of the class Employee are marked as public, in such case object of the class can directly access the instance variables. In such case we do not need any setter/mutator method to update the values of the object.

Here is how jerrry can update/access the values of the instance variable.s

==========================================================================
public class Employee {

    public String name;
    public String phone;
    public String email;

    public static void main(String[] args) {

        Employee jerry = new Employee();

        // update the values of the instance variables
        jerry.name ="Jerry";
        jerry.phone = "123-444-5656";
        jerry.email ="jerry@disney.com";

        // access the values of the instance variables
        System.out.println("Name: "+jerry.name);
        System.out.println("Phone: "+jerry.phone);
        System.out.println("Email: "+jerry.email);
    }
}
