When the coach will start changing his attitude towards positive side then he will start seeing the brighter side.This will help in changing the performance of the players also because the positive energy will flow from the coach towards his players also.Players will be inspired to have such a wonderful coach because everyone likes to be in company of a positive person.Thus such positive attitude can help the coach in working on strengths of himself and his players which will bring great results.Thus when the hardwork and energy will be put towards improving the strengths then automatically the results will be superb. Thus every coach has to see positivity in himself and in others which is the most important thing.
