How does a group develop groupthink and what can you do to prevent it? please answer this question at least 150 words .

The most crucel thing while working in a group is to develop a sense of team spirit. However developing this is not an easy task. I would like to share with you an example. Recently i was made the head of a development team. I had 15 memebers in my team. there were some members who were not in good terms with themselves but because of professional boundations, they had to come together. Initially i faced lots of difficulties. Everone was working as an unit. Things became very difficult for me. So I tried to do something which I want to share with you

1 arranged a frequent get together outside the work space

2 arranged a workshop for the team

3 made 3 subunits, each unit focussing on one aspect

4 Asked them to directly report to me if some problem arises.

These things really helped with to bring them together as a team.
