The training program is set up to train the employees of the organisation. Training will help the employees to develop themselves in that particular aspect. They need to follow the organisation's principle in every stage. Perfect training will lead to the growth of an employee as well as the growth of the organisation.

The methods of training, along with their implications, are the following :

1 ) VISUAL TRAINING :

In this type of learning, the person gets training in the form of diagrams, videos and presentatioThisthis is the visual and graphical representation form of education, and this is a beneficial kind of training.

The more person analyses the things with eyes, it directly hits the mind and is a useful form of training.

2 ) AURAL TRAINING :

In this kind of training, people are required to use their listening skills.

Some people have a great sense of listening and hence they use it as a tool of learning . in this training process people are given audios, and they focus entirely on that; this helps them learning and training themselves.

3 ) READING AND WRITING :

In this kind of training, people are required to use their skills in reading and writing.

People reminisce their skills by practising them in the form of reading and writing. They are given the information, or the matter regarding their training and they practice it by reading and writing.

4 ) KINESTHETICS TRAINING :

In this type of training, people are required to perform physical activities.

In this type of activity, there is no need for reading, writing, listening, etc.

But they have to perform the task physically, themselves.
