Civil disobedience can be defined as a form of protest wherein the protestors deliberately violate a law. Voluntariness and deliberation determines the authenticity of civil participation. It is an ability to cooperate on the terms of reciprocity and equality. The civil disobedience acts are more and more often performed now in defence for human beings, animal rights and preserving natural environment. It is an attempt at promoting justice displays the ethical and moral character. Moreover it is considered morally ethical when the citizens who act the reasonable expectations for victory really strive towards understanding and dialogue.
