Answer #1

I agree with Aristotle because a friend is very important in the life ,where we can share everything with him and many times he is the only person who supports us and helps us. some times he might have some situation which he may not be in a position to help so that we can not thing in otherwise and when he needs help we cannot defraud him. understanding is the most important thing in the world what ever is the relationship. that is why it is terrible to cheat a brother than a stranger because he may have lot of hopes on us and believes us than anybody in his life. same with the father who gave us life and brought us to this position and wounding him will be. more terrible than anybody.

In a Harvard Business Review article titled “Why Incentive Plans Cannot Work,” author says, “Research suggests that, large rewards succeed at securing one thing only: temporary compliance. When it comes to producing lasting change in attitudes and behaviour, however, rewards are ineffective. Once the rewards run out, people revert to their old behaviours. Extrinsic Incentives, merely—and temporarily—change what we do. On the other hand a version of what psychologists call intrinsic motivations, create an enduring commitment to any value or...

We can achieve this state by not doing things in excess or by putting very little effort into something. To achieve the most happiness, we should aim for the middle. Moral virtue is achieved as the result of being in a “mean” state. Don’t halfway do things in life. On the flip side,...
