Reactivity tests and depression in freezing point tests can help you in finding out unknown solute qualitatively. Whereas titration, spectrophotometry gives you information about the amount of the solute present. Freezing point experiment gives you molar mass of the solute which in turn you can confirm it.
Reactivity tests are vast and differs for every other ion to be found out. Also titrations have different procedures for different compounds. I can't be specific without knowing what exactly you are trying to find out.
Spectrophotometry can be used to find out concentration of the Solute by series dilution of the sample along with the unknown sample . By taking absorption value for each concentration you can find out unknown concentration using graph of conc vs absorption.
As an update to my previous question. i have a lab practical coming up where we...
Which of the following best describes what you will do in this lab? Question 1 options: determine the concentration of nickel ions in an unknown solution. Construct a calibration curve. Be able to use a spectrophotometer. determine the concentration of nickel ions in a known solid. Be able to apply beer's law in order to observe how spectrophotometry works Be able to derive beer's law carry out solution preparation and dilutions. Hello, i did a lab where i was given a sample of contaminated water
and must determine the identity of the metals and must percipitate
one out. I was able to determine the identity of metal Y which is
aluminium and metal X which is lithium. Im confused on part 3
though. lithium and alumnium are soluble in almost anything and i
cant use hydroxide or carbonate since lithium is in there, some
help please! I would also like to...
can
someone help me find this information?

I have updated my previously posted C++ question to ensure that I have included all of the necessary documentation in order to complete Part 2 - Bank Account of the assigned lab in its entirety. Please note that the lab below is somewhat lengthy, and I do not expect you to answer each question! If coding the full lab is too much to ask, please focus soley on Part 2 of the lab, titled Bank Account and the subsections that...
The question I want answered is in C++. How can I pass a value to a function and create a new linked list out of it? For example I have: void getIntegerInput(List<int> list) { int s; std::cout << "Type a positive integer then click enter to add it to the linked list\n"; std::cout << "Type -1 to stop\nType -2 to delete an item from the list\n"; std::cin >> s; while (s != -1) { if (s == -2) { int...

Pre-Lab Questions: 1. What is the definition of an 'equivalence point' in an acid/base titration? (1 point) 2. In part one of the experiment, you will prepare the acid solutions being titrated from a stock solution. Describe how you will accurately prepare 10.00 mL of 0.100 M HCl solution using a 1.00 M HCI stock solution. In your response to this question, be very specific about the quantities of stock solution and...

Recrystallization of Acetanilide Recrystallization is an important method used by chemists to purify solid compounds. When a chemist conducts a chemical reaction as shown in Scheme 1, it will rarely go to 100% completion, and will frequently produce byproducts. These byproducts and some of the unreacted starting materials will be present in the end as impurities. Chemists need ways to remove these unwanted impurities so they can isolate their...
I have this project, I would like to hace an idea of how to do
it. I added a sample budget to get you an idea of how to designed.
Thank you in advance!
This is just the sample budget of how to designed!

Hi, Kindly assist with my project management assignment below using the attached case study Question 1 Update the project charter for the remainder of the project in response to Adams’ memo (lines 241 through 246). Question 2 Prepare a plan for the remainder of the project in response to Adams’ memo (lines 241 through 246). Your answers to the above will be assessed in terms of the level of communication displayed, the insights and inferences drawn, and your ability to...
