Caring Start Act which was enacted in 2015 is a land mark legislation which empowers the teachers in the early education to address the trauma that the young children face. Catching them early and referring them for further treatment would help those children overcome a great deal of difficulty in the future. Besides, children would develop well if they are prevented from undergoing severe trauma. Identifying and treating them early would help the child cope with the learning.
