In order to increase the acceptance of the change among the workers, we must find out what pace and frequency of the change must be used. If changes are implemented rapidly without the manpower being familiarized with the change will induce greater resistance. At the same time, if changes are done frequently, this will also create resistance among the manpower. Thus in order to have smooth change management, the frequency and pace of the change implementation should be varied depending upon the manpower’s capability of withstanding the change initiatives.
