It is known that the following conditions have been there to trigger psychotic episodes in some people: schizophrenia – a mental health condition that causes hallucinations and delusions. bipolar disorder – a person with bipolar disorder can have episodes of low mood (depression) and highs or elated mood (mania) severe stress.People who are experiencing psychosis may have either hallucinations or delusions. Hallucinations are sensory experiences that occur within the absence of an actual stimulus. Few questions to ask to a patient are:

How are you feeling ?

Is there anything you would like to talk about?

Is there anything I can do to help you?

What do you think about very often?

What do you experience?
