Answer #1

Data: It is the collection of symbols and numbers which is used to describe the specific property, levels of quantity and characteristics of a particular variable. It can be of a qualitative or quantitative nature. data gives us specific information about any particular variable in a given time and context. For example, the number of students present in class for the last 7 days is data.

Knowledge: It is the collection of data and general information acquired about the data and subject. It is general in nature and not specific. It represents the information of the entity as a whole. For example, the number of students presenting a class for the last seven days fell in the weekend as compared to week start, is a piece of knowledge deducted from the data.

Wisdom: It is the long term knowledge about the subject deducted after continuous exposure of the same or fluctuating circumstances. It can not be attributed to any one event, it is a collection of many observations and gives a general idea about what can happen in the future. For example, the students in last semester tend to use their leaves and stay absent in class is wisdom derived from the observations. This can be used to schedule more classes initially in the semester, in the future.

Tacit Knowledge: It is the knowledge which is not available in written or store form. It is generally found with the help of experience. It is difficult to share with others and is found in the head of an individual. It can not be easily transferred to other people's disposals. For example - knowing how to perform a specific job comes with experience. It can not be easily transferred to other people.

Explicit knowledge: It is the knowledge which can be stored or searched in written form. It can be transferred to other people and does not vary with individuals and with time/context. It can be collaborated by the users and made use of. For example - The forecasting of future demand based on past demand values is explicit knowledge.
