Information System is always useful for competitive strategies and has various advantage. It helps to increase growth, revenue and production.Competitive strategies used for analysing various factors of markets and their competitors.
Information system helps to store and create bussiness data and converge them as well as linked data with various technologies.Information system helps to generate valuable products for buyers and move towards economically oriented business.
Various factors for competitive stratagies-creating a product, marketing,shipping,service.It increase the effectiveness of products by keeping in mind buyer's need.

There are five competitive strategies-

1.Rivalry or Alliance between competitors-
Price is a biggest factor in alliance between two competitors. Bu using price factor , they will compete and affect the most of the population.
By using information system, they interact with each other and used to visualise various outcomes.It is also used for improving relations by making application works on other hardware or making an interorganization product.
2.Innovation-   Information system used to make products more user friendly and automated. Also, used AI for making smart applications.
Establishing online bussiness.Helps via online interaction and troubleshoot the problems.for ex- Cisco webx, skype and chat bot

3. Differentiation- Organization uses different types of features to make themselves different from other competitors. They add online helping chat system, interactive features to make users more reliable on their products.
Like adding features of filtering or payment done by voice command, auto-read OTP, schedule appointment just in one-click. Various type of features are added to lead in a market.

4.Cost leadership- As cost is always the biggest factor in competition, organization plans to reduce cost as much as possible. By keeping products online, by using Supply chain Management reduce the whole cost of products.
