It is true that the most important organization in the world is the company because, over a period of time, we have seen how the no. of companies the world has is continuously increasing day by day. The company has gained popularity and increased profits especially after the introduction of the idea of Foreign Trade Policy. In the mid-80s, the companies used to form, gain popularity and collapse frequently: most of the companies were short-lived. The biggest example of this is France's Mississippi Company. However, after the formulation of the Company's Act, 1862, this situation improved, the type of organization gained popularity because of provisions made easy to formulate and invest in the company. Now, the company is gaining popularity because:
1. No limits for capital: In the company, the organization doesn't have to bother about the capital, they can raise as much capital as required.
2. Vast resources: In the company, there are no barriers regarding resources that can be raised by the company.
3. Better management skills: The company can afford better management and other personnel because of the vast capital resources.
4. More no. Of members: In the company, there can be more no. Of members in comparison to any other type of organization, and the risk is limited and diffused, so people are willing to invest.
