When faced with a medical decision it is obvious that the patient and the doctor should have a say. It is less clear why the government or the insurance should have a say also. However in may situations government mandates health decisions (vaccination is an example, drug approval is another) and insurance companies regulated medical decisions by deciding what will they pay for. I would like you to explore this issues. when is it ok for the government to regulate healthcare? When is it ok for the insurance company to restrict access to care ?

Your doubts are actually relavent now a days, it is social issue...

Our medical field itself is become an business for multinational companies..We know that our hospital and drug making pharmacuiticals get a huge benefit for these section..especially private sector..private multinational companies make a huge business trick that the common man tied up..We cant resist these because Man never tolerate for health issues...even though he haven't much money or he is poor...these are well noted by our private medical field ..

Insurance companies so " health insurance' is not different from these case..how many insurance companies are developed now a days in private sector. It is because of creating huge benefit..for this they tie up with doctor or multi national hospitals.

The only remedy for these our government become so strong in the case of health care. Government should take care of the health but not insurance companies..Government hospitals must very active, they give an active and sympathetic approach to health issues.  

A country is become a developed one is its government sector is more secure and strong than a private sector..and every one should depend only for government services, this is the actual fact.
