Why do some argue: Management games are fun, but you do not really learn anything from them. Develop your own management game for the business you currently work for a previous job.Explain the work environment ,the game and what can be learned from the game.

So, First, let me explain Work environment -

The term work environment is used to describe the surrounding condition in which an employee works or operates. It can involve social interaction at the workplace, including interaction with peers, subordinates, and managers. The work environment can also be associated with the physical condition of the building. A healthy work environment will ensure free from problems associated with sick building syndrome, which is often due to off-gassing of chemicals during construction or poor ventilation.

Second, the game that can be played is Whodunit -

In general, Whodunit is a game where the reader or viewer is provided with the clues from which they have to identify the murderer.

So, you may be thinking why Whodunit?

In my mind, we can play this game in a different way, we can split up the employees into groups or pairs and have each person write down something interesting they have done on a notecard e.g. skydiving, have traveled 5 or more different states, drank a gallon of milk in a minutes, etc (The sillier the better). After this, put all the notecard in a hat and give it a nice shake, and have each person drawn a notecard that they will read aloud. The reader must then try to guess "who done it" and why they came to that conclusion.

Things that we can learn from this game-This will help the employees in the organization to know other employees better and also can know what other employees think about them. Having to know what they have done, make all the employees open to each other and this will ensure a positive and healthy environment for the organization. So, just having a hierarchy relationship in the organization is not important, also having a social relationship makes a positive and healthy working environment and also helps a newbie in the organization to communicate easily with his colleagues and superiors.

We can play other types of games also, but currently, I think this one is the best as it improves communication and also helps to know about the personal life of employees in the organization.
