Creation of the organization Culture:

The creation of organization culture develops from its founders, as where the employees will follow on the behavior of the founders. The values, belief, norms etc plays a major role in the creation of organization culture. The culture should involve in the social activities as that increase the ability of thinking of the employees as that benefits the growth of the organization. The culture should be created to identify on the employees skill and knowledge to encourage and motivate them towards achieving the goal of the organization. The culture should be created to increase the demand of business in the market.

The organization culture can help the companies to be successful as explained below through real organization:

-The employees would understand and adapt to the value, norms, believe etc as a part of organization culture as that helps them to develop good attitude in their workplace, which leads towards the success of the organization.

-Culture creates ethical work standards, so that it will not affect the internal and external environment and leads towards the success of the organization on following the policies and procedures.

-An organization culture helps to retain the best employees in the organization, the work performance increases through their innovation ideas as that leads towards the growth of the organization.

-The employees are encouraged to share their views and ideas in decision making process in the culture environment as that leads towards the success of the organization.

Change Management:

-The change management is to achieve the goal and target of the organization through individual and organization change process.

-The main purpose of an integrated change process is to coordinate with various other process to manage and the complete the projects.

-The change management process is used to update on the project management plan, so that innovation can be implemented, as that leads towards the success of the business in the market.

-The organization and individual change helps to innovation and develop creative ideas for the growth of the project and so the company would always be unique in the market.

-The change management process increase the competition in the market as where the customers would always expect a differentiation strategy on the product and services and that leads towards the growth of the organization.

-The change control tools helps to monitor on the project management, so that the project can be delivered to the client and customers on time without any delay.

The change management can be implemented in the following ways to improve on the growth of the organization:

1-Technology: Technology plays a major role for innovation, as where the customer would expect their product and services to be unique and they attracted only towards high end technology. The quality and price needs to be considered, as where the customer expect good quality with low price strategy.

2-Culture: The culture which refers towards the change, the individual of the organization are responsible towards innovation, as where it directly impact with the culture of the organization. The rules and regulation needs to be followed on innovation as to develop ethical standard in the workplace and the practice should not affect the business process.

3-Training: The training is a major component needs to be considered in Innovation Management Framework as where each employees needs to be trained on improving their skills and knowledge, only that helps towards creativity and innovation. The internal and external competency level increases when the employees are trained in the organization
