This help to bring more and more customer and increase its market sharre.

Training and development help organization to achieve organizational goals because training and development help employees to know more about organization, its mission, vision and overall goals. Performance appraisal help organization to review performance of its employees based on set criteria and then decide what to do with employees. In order to achieve organizational goals, organization must know how well its employees are performing. Methods like 360 degree appraisal or MBO are used to review performance of employees.

for example- A Car shoowroom company wants to review performance of their sales people so they uses their past performance and see if they are upto standards or not. like they achieve their sales target or not.

the goal of organization is to increase its sale so if they are showing high performance and achieving more targets then organization is going towards achievement of its goals.

Compensation system is very important because no employee work for company that pay very less . Compensation system of a company can make or break the position of company because if organization provide attractive compensation like attractive salary, medical benefits, perks etc then employee gets motivated to earn more higher and put their all efforts to achieve organizational goals. because achieving them decide how much they are gonna earn in an organization.
