What is your understanding of the term "Emotion"? What can businesses do to use this factor in getting people to initiate favorable communication about their brands? How can Ford Motor Company (or a different company of your choice) utilize "Emotion" to get people to talk/share information regarding the Ford brands (or a different company of your choice) with "others"?

Emotion is which gives one a feeling of sensory / touch/ by looks: Aesthetic appeal or appearance, or taste or smell/ fragrance etc. and which then sends a message about a product/ service/ person/ experience to our mind, to think & react further accordingly to the situation.

Businesses and brands use ‘Emotion’ in Advertising and Selling their product, via various means, building bill boards on Roads, do Road shows to attract people, make TV ads showing and creating such emotional experiences. They do their brand communication about Product Launch, Experiential launches, events, create brand recall etc. activities for existing and new customers and even non- users.

Ford can use Emotional Advertising, regarding it’s Sports cars to attract youth and mature professionals and businessmen, who have outgoing and smart personalities, to adventure and sporty in nature and who be interested to buy sports cars now or in near future.

It can do road shows and events to seek experience and product likeliness about it’s existing cars from the users in a shopping mall, do some games and rewards etc. to lure more youth. This will induce experiential emotional attachment to the brand, and more users would be interested to participate in show and know about Ford products.
