TWO key ways that the post 1965 immigrants are different from the early twentieth century immigrant are :-

1) In 1965, the Non- Hispanic whites immigrants were more than Hispanic and Asian were the least ones but in early 20 it has been already changed immensely.

During 1965, 84% of Americans were non-Hispanic whites, 4% were Hispanic, and under 1% were Asian. In early 20, the numbers are incredibly extraordinary: 62% of Americans are white, 18% of Americans are Hispanic, and Asians consider 6% of the masses.

2) Prior to 1965, foreigners coming to American shores had been basically European. In early 20, one of every five outsiders on the world live in the United States and they came from all regions of the world and not only from the Europe.
