A) All business organizations ultimately supporting to some other organization (clients) . it is always good to keep the clients documents very confidential. sharing of important clients documents with unknown person is illegal activity, which might leads to loosing business for both the host and clients company and finally loose good business relationship.
hence whistle policy can be made for avoiding unethical activities and misuse of customer data. In order to maintain the business condition constant. so it is suggested to use of customer data securing as a whistle blowing policy.
With the help of whistle blowers, we can secure the important customer data.
