Three ways by which normal microbioata are antagonistic to pathogens are::

I. The microbioata increases the development of white blood cells of immune system that is able to protect the human from the pathogens.

II. The microbiota help in regulating mucosal barriers that inhibit the entry of pathogen into the human  body .

III. The microbioata increases the activity of innate immunity that work against the pathogen.

Four major factors that influence the composition of normal microflora are:

I. Medications

II. Temperature of body, pH of the body

III. Genetics of the body.

IV. Diet

The association between fungi and plant is called as mycorrhizae. In this association plant get more nutrient and fungi get shelter .

The association between fungi and animal is mutualistic relationship. In this , fungi get food from decomposed organic material and animal get environment free because of the decomposition process perform by fungi. Cyanobacteria is the name of bscteria. Their association with fungi is known as lichens.
