The product data can be accessed anytime for modification and is re- uploaded again for future reference. This systems starts from product concept stage and works till the launch of product. It includes product - designing(3D CAD/2D Drawing), costing, tooling development, quality tools, etc. All these processes are controlled through PLM. This involves complete APQP(Advanced product quality planning) process. So it evaluates performance of organization process related to product launch

Quality department manages this system and organizes meeting to prepare action plan for resolving the complaint. Timelines are assigned to each department responsible. Proper root cause analysis is done and ultimately a solution is proposed to resolve the issue. Proposal is made and submitted to customer for approval and once approved all reports, analysis data are uploaded on this system for future record and bench marking. Any department can appeal to open customer complaint request but control remains with quality team. This system is reviewed on quarterly basis by management as it highlights the quality of products organization is providing to customer.
6) Human resource management system : This system is jointly managed by HR team and department manager. It keeps track of each department employee skills requirement. It allows managers to evaluate skills possessed by there employees and also to identify what skills are required for their individual growth. Usually this involves engagement of employee in training, workshops & seminars. Leadership training, stress management classes are the few examples of skill development courses selected by managers for their teams. Even software training like: 3D CAD, tool designing, DFMEA, etc are examples of skills sets being provided to employee.
