When I was in the Army when I was a good follower. When I joined Army I was told that a soldier has to follow orders and I have followed the order without any question. Although if anyone asked me to perform an illegal task then definitely I reported the situation and did not perform. The orders have to be legal, moral as well as ethical. The trust is a very important factor which entails being a good follower and without it, I don't suppose that anyone follows anyone else. According to me the theory which best replies are social exchange theory. The reason is that it is like servant leadership. Initially, my leader takes care of me. So did I. So because of this reason I don't care anything other than my job
