3. These comprehension scores are from all the 2nd grade students at a local elementary school. Their teacher used a new method to teach reading for understanding. The higher the scores (highest possible score is a 60) on the assessment equates to better understanding of the reading material. How is the 2nd grade class doing? Support your conclusion(s) with the information the frequency distribution and histogram reveal.
