Sample space is the set of all possible outcomes of an experiment, for example, if we roll a dice we get {1,2,3,4,5,6} hence it is called the sample space of rolling dice once.

While Event space is the subset of the sample space, for example, if we toss a coin then the even would be {H}, or {T}, {H or T} which is a subset of sample space {H.T}.
