Answer - substitution mutation

Instead of A the T is substituted in the codon to convert glutamic acid to valine.

Silent ,mutation - No change in functional protein or no change in amino acid.

Deletion/Insertion leads to frame shift mutation all the reading frame of the codon will be change so it is not possible.
