Critical value at 1% level of significance is 2.33

Since calculated |z| = |-2| = 2 is less than critical value do not reject null hypothesis.

Fail to reject Upper H 0. There is not sufficient evidence to warrant rejection of the claim that p equals1 divided by 6.
