In order to consult team members to establish a common understanding of team purpose, roles, responsibilities and accountabilities in accordance to the goals plan and objectives, it is important to follow a roadmap to ensure that team members are putting efforts towards the right direction to fulfill the objectives. This road map can be as the team chater which will aim at providing the team members with all the requisite information about how to incorporate and perform roles and responsibilities to attain the goals and objectives.

A) Establishing a team charter

The team charter will involve the following to ensure that roles and responsibilities are performed in complaince with the goals of organization :

1) Understanding about the goals and objectives :

The deep understanding about the mission, vision and short term, long terms will be provided to team members which will enable them to perform activities which will help achieving them.

2) Demonstrating the job roles and responsibilities :

The team members will be made understood what their roles and responsibilities on such position are so that they get a vivid understanding about how to perform them to accomplish previously determined objectives and goals.

3) Resources and support :

Providing with the necessary resources to perform those duties and responsibilities along with the guidance to how they should be aligned with the goals and objectives.
