Answer #1

Golden rule (Matthew 7:12) states that "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". This means that whatever you wish that others would do to you, also do to them.

Tacit knowledge is a knowledge that is difficult to transfer through writing, speaking or visual interface.

I think I possess tacit knowledge in the aera of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is the ability to read and use emotions to influence outcomes. It's difficult to teach or express. Also when it comes to intuition, I have the ability to understand things without using logic. It's important for innovation and instant decision making. I would be willing to share such knowledge with others. I'd do that because why would I not want to if I have something that can benefit a lot of people in a lot of areas. I'd meet more and more people and make them understand how this knowledge will benefit their areas of expertise. This won't be easy as tacit knowledge cannot be transferred just like that easily but I will try my best to educate them about how I use this to my best.

NOTE: I HOPE YOU WILL BE SATISFIED WITH MY ANSWER. PLEASE DO PROVIDE RATING. THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY. :))
