1.The Mobile phone market is very attractive market where it requres high investment, so it is decided to investment through purchasing of zero coupon nonds. These bonds are usually expensive at the beginning of their purchase. The probability of their failure or loss in value is almost value. The investor is hence assured of the returns even under risks.

2.China is reach in raw materials that are used to produce mobile phones and this would save the investment the costs of transporting the materials to other countries. Setting the headquarters in the same country would enhance an easy coordination of the work on the ground and the work in the offices.

3.Initially there will be one location in china to produce and assemble the mobile phones and focus market will be South Asia and Africa.

4. In main factory there will be more production workers who will produce the mobile phone. Most of the workers will be from China and only top level production managers will be hired from global manpower sources.

5.In the beginning channel of distribution will be through Amazon only so promotion will be more in social media and cyberspace.

6.There will be pluralist cultural establishment with recognition and respect of all cultures.

7.To boost the morale of local employees, local festival will be celebrated with once in a month local food and dress will be necessity for all employees.
