Vaccines can prevent dangerous or deadly diseases. Vaccines decrease the risk of infection and work with the body's natural defense that develops immunity to disease. Vaccines also help in improving immunity by imitating an infection that never causes illness, but the vaccine may cause the immune system to produce antibodies against the infection. After having a vaccine, imitation infection could cause some symptoms such as fever. These minor symptoms are normal when immunity is developed.
A vaccine sometimes could cause a serious reaction as medicine. But
the risk of a vaccine causes serious harm or death( low chances).
For example: When a person is given a yellow fever vaccine, he may
be associated with fever, redness or swelling, aches, soreness.
But, this problem may occur in 1 person out of 4.
