The fork over knives documentary is about how many reverse chronic diseases can be avoided with help of a diet that is low in fat, consists of whole food and is majorly plant based. It is all about how healthy food can help in better health and importance of avoiding food that is processed or oily. The documentary aims promoting consumption of plant based whole food diet. By minimizing the use of animal products and consume more plant based products, it can help in better health.

There are many factors that influence cultural wellness in United States and in many countries and one of them is consumption of healthy meals. The consumption of plant based diet helps in preventing the occurrence of many diseases. It can reduce the dependence on medicines and hence with the use of the plant based diet, it can improve the quality of life and health. There are factors like unhealthy eating, sedentary lifestyle and consumption of liquor and processed food that leads to a number of diseases. This is partially an accurate portrayal because a lot of diseases are caused due to one’s bad lifestyle and bad food choices. One example is that if someone does not have good access to healthcare and is not very rich, he or she can make right choice of eating good plant based whole food and hence this will less likely to make one chronically ill.
