AI is effecting negatively on employee, which is leading to an adverse affect to fulfill organizational commitment for the employees. These are some of the following points that illustrate this in a better way:
1. Loosing of jobs:
With the growing AI's across workplace, the employees used to fear to loose their jobs. Many employees predict that the job of today will be taken over my machines at future, leading to underemployed.
2. Hamper in social development:
As the tasks of employees will be replaced by machines, so that will hamper social development also. The productivity of employees will tend to decrease, which will bring negative impact on efficiency of employees.
3. More dependency on technology:
There is a risk of dependency on technology. The employees are concerned about changes in decision making processes. The robots does not derive efficient communication skills, the employees need to analyze and work accordingly.
4. Experience cannot lead to improvement:
Though AI will do the tasks but the key will be with employees. After trying hard also the efficiency of machines cannot be improved with experience and also it will not lead to creativity.
