Products of enzyme can be detected.

And more two can be the reasons but they are like similar as enzyme produces products ,structural proteins don't.

Enzymes are catalyst.

So , how much enzyme is present can be measured by measuring the product concentration because product also changes in propor6 with enzyme concentration.
