Ans for Section 1
The Ballet dancers are found to be thin and anorexic due to their extreme less weight and generally they have certain percentage of weight below their height. The ideal weight to height plays an important role in ballet and hence it is recommended that most of ballerinas are around 5 foot 3 inches tall and with this height the ideal weight must be around 85 to 130 lbs. In order to have that kind of body, many ballerinas undergo starvation and become anorexic which has its own consequences. The whole of the body is impacted and affected by starvation which starts to affect the organs and also takes a toll on the overall metabolism. It affects the cardiovascular system where consumption of less calories mean the body tends to break down its own tissues and use it as fuel. It also drops the pulse and blood pressure. it leads to slow digestion, impaired digestion and constipation. The starvation can lead to severe case of weakness and fatigue due to lack of nutrition.
Answer to Section 2 – Kate Dillon started as thin and anorexic model and she lost 30 pounds and gained 4 inches in order to look good. This did not make her thin but anorexic and she weighed around 50 pounds less than what she currently weighs and today she stands as plus size model.
