One of the most common forms of ethical violations is the fudging of travelling conveyance bills and vouchers. Employees either put more amount than the money spent or provide fake bills which is morally unethical and costs the company. This is a problem because it can lead to a consistent habit which can eventually grow to large amounts. Employee also have fudged accounts of visits to dealers and suppliers and claim amounts without any visits. This could costs companies lots of money. Such Actions are ethically and morally wrong since the organization has trusted the employee to be transparent and is also compensating the employee for his valid costs.
