UN global compact is the leadership platform for the development, implementation of operations, strategies or their corporate practices. It supports UN goals and helps to sustainable development. It have ten principles which relates to labour, environment and anti corruption. The principles are listed below
In human rights there are two principles.
*support and protection of human rights
*ensure they are not complicit the misuse of human rights.
In labour there are four principles
*freedom of association and right to collective bargaining.
*elimination of all forms of labour which is forced and mandatory.
*stoping of child labour
*elimination of distinction in terms of employment and jobs
In environment there are three principles
*support preventive measures for issues of environment.
*Motivate the dispersal of environment friendly technologies.
*action to encourage responsibility of environment.
In anti corruption there are one principles
*work against in all forms of disputes such as bribery
