1. What constitutes fraud, and what are some reasons for its occurrence?

INTRODUCTION :- Fraud refers to such situation in a person tends to deceive others that too knowingly.In simple words we can say an activity in which a person intentionally makes a move of deceiving others.It is such activity which is completely against the legal system.Fraud can be done in any regard and in any business as well,but the sole motive of the person committing it,is to gain some of the profits by misleading others.

WHAT CONSTITUTES FRAUD?

There are various scenarios where misleading others leads to the condition of fraud,and it can be seen as under :-

• A condition where the person is being made relax and asked to believe that their work will be eventually done by the person concerned,but at last victims are left with no work done,as such for instance,taking money from the person by providing them asurity they will get job,but at last they got no any job,and one who made sure for providing job ran away with money.
• Using incorrect or wrong means to get the work done.It can be usage of any thing which makes the work possible as such in correct papers while dealing anything related with property.
• Not providing the appropriate information in any dealing.

WHAT ARE THE SOME REASONS FOR ITS OCCURRENCE?

Some of the reason for its occurrence are as follows :-

• One of the biggest reason for any kind of fraud is the profit or the advantage that the person committing the fraud is getting.Generally it is in terms of money,but there can also be other advantages depending on the situation,that the person is obtaining leads him to do fraud.
• Sometimes the fraud is even done to lead the livelihood.When the person is not able to run his life nicely,and the payment he receive is not enough for him,then he attains the means of fraud in order to gain some money.
• Another big reason for fraud is chances avail to earn more and more by committing some sort of fraudery in the company.Such chance of frauds also generates a greedy aspect in the person,which eventually compels them to commit it.
