Answer #1

1) I am more of an active learner in the school and this is because of the fact that I get to see things and understand rather than by sitting with text book and one instant of it is the neutralization reaction where reacting a base with an acid gives salt and water is the theoretical definition and I was confused and when I went to the chemistry lab and the experiment was actually done I could see the salt forming and this made my process of thought clear on what happens when an acid and base reacts and I could also so aid my fellow classmates to understand the reaction during the lab session and make them clear that this way is a better way of understanding so that it could help you to analyse things in the future.

2) as a sales member of an automobile company,I would actually D needed to understand the basics of a car and understand what usually consumer ask for but as a matter of interest I over learn all the manufacturing process of the car and and also the functioning of various parts and acquired the knowledge of an engineer as well. This is what I called overlearning but during a sale process one person ask me about everything and he mentioned that the other company sales representatives didn't mention about the manufacturing process and that is the reason why he wasn't interested in buying those and since I made him understood those properly he was interested and bought the car and this was the benefit that no matter if you're over learn at least one or two customers could ask for it and you will get to benefit on the whole.
