Sodium thiosulfate is Na2S2O3. When ir reduces Cl2 to Cl- , it itself gets converted into NaHSO4.

So the chemical equation is given as :

Na2S2O3 (aq)+ 4Cl2 (g) + 5H2O = 2NaHSO4 (aq) + 8HCl (aq)
