a. Social media collects various data of users. This is being done to develop a thought process and perspective of users. They collect data about shares and likes. They also notice various comments so that mentality can be recovered.

They also remain concerned about click. The information about click provide them valuable insights in person's interest and disinterest. They also try to find out our engagement with social sites like Facebook and LinkedIn.

b. The legal base is they claim that social networking searches helps in better development of customer relationships. They say that they can form a valuable communication channel with customer which can help them in solving their grievances in suitable time frame.

They say that if customer will be happy then they themselves become their brand ambassadors. It brings competency in market which is good from customer's perspective. It also provides more options to customers which is their basic right.

c. 1. Effective social media campaign has a wide reach.

2. These do not create confusions and irritations like spams.

3. These campaigns remain well elaborated and well branded.

4. These campaigns specially aim on creating relationships with common people.

5. These do not aim on profit but mainly aim on motivation of mass with a meaningful and faster spread of messages.

2. There are micro-blogging sites also in which blogs can be written down with word limit. Twitter is one such example.

3. Photo sharing media:- Here photos can be shared on public forum. Instagram is one such example.
