cell therapy have been applied in the field of therapy for
treatment of cancers as stem cells possess the characteristics of
inherent tumor tropism.Various researches have been conducted in

resolved yet.

The effect of pulmonary first pass which results in limitation of
the the number of live cells reaching the site of tumor.
There is a limitation in tracking the stem cells in vivo.
Solution to these problems include more researches in this field so
that this therapy could be used clinically and administration of
MSCs (mesenchymal stem cells) by intra-arterial mode should be
emphasized rather than administration by intravenous mode.Extensive
studies and investment may be required in this regard to overcome
the obstacles of stem cell directed cancer therapy.
