Should a person be allowed to use a restroom that is not assigned to their biological sex? if yes give reasons, if no give reasons

Anyone can use restroom irrespective of biological sex in an emergency conditions, because we are assigned ourselves this separation of restroom for our comfort.since restrooms are prepared to enhance comfort to the both sexes so in an immediate condition we can violate some rules and its not bad at all in respect to the terms and conditions which we have been kept on ourselves. So as per my opinion in emergency which is very urgent condition only we can use the restroom of other sex otherwise it may feel discomfort for ourselves since restrooms are prepared and constructed to suit their sexes ,and its really bad if we use without any emergency.

There is a big misunderstanding on the difference between gender and sex. Gender is what it is to be psychologically male or female and sex is what it is to be biologically male or female.

The solution is quite simple, in theory: Everyone should use the restroom that matches who they are, regardless of whether they are making a gender transition or appear gendernonconforming. But the realities of anti-transgender bias and a widespread lack of understanding about transgender people’s lives can complicate things.
