In what area or areas do you have a good amount of prior experience? I have prior experience in Project Management Non IT, Handling various roles into Lean Manufacturing and Supply chain Management for leading organization like John Deere, Caterpillar Inc, further, I was taking core responsibilities on New product development and Manufacturing, Operational Development, Strategic Implementation in the work for increasing productivity in various product portfolio and create standardized system for world class manufacturing, again I took leadership for not only managing the work also was driving the team by working on providing training for them for various area like Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Operations Management, also I was taking key role for meeting and deciding various product target and align the operational objective with organizational Strategic Objective, How could this position you to start a business drawing on your experience? I can start several business based on my prior Experience like Training and Consulting Business: This business will include various packages for the professional and Students to gain more knowledge on project Management, Lean Six sigma, Operations Management, Marketing management, further this initiative can make aware people about various trending practices in the industries and people can get more idea on the same platform, so the Business model would be based on basically providing training and project Implementation support, those not only give better revenue for the business, also will work on referral pool, and taking partnership with various companies to fulfill the training requirement of the company also help to fulfill the business requirement of the training and consulting businesses, Again, another Business like working on Smart Supply chain practices: That basically will focus on smart strategy to implement supply chain practices in various industries and further that create value chain and overall process time can be minimized and also work on various activity those like creating distribution center and shipping for various Items and consignment to the domestic cities and International area, so people can receive their desire product on time, also people can see the status about the product delivery with the responsible person and area, again create a value chain for a particular product and services would really help us to grow the business, gain more revenue on that platform, such business also embrace technology and innovation, so customer can be attracted more,
