answer-

The fundamental principle of the situational leadership model is that there is no single "best" style of leadership. Effective leadership is task-relevant, and the most successful leaders are those who adapt their leadership style to the performance readiness (ability and willingness) of the individual or group they are attempting to lead or influence. Effective leadership varies, not only with the person or group that is being influenced, but it also depends on the task, job, or function that needs to be accomplished. The Situational Leadership Model has two fundamental concepts: leadership style and the individual or group's performance readiness level, also referred to as maturity level or development level. while The normative model of decision making is a leadership model that helps managers to decide to which degree their team members should participate in the decision-making process.

The Path-Goal model is a theory based on specifying a leader's style or behavior that best fits the employee and work environment in order to achieve a goal . The goal is to increase your employees' motivation, empowerment, and satisfaction so they become productive members of the organization.this theory is goal oriented while Fiedler’s Contingency Theory of Leadership states that your effectiveness as a leader is determined by how well your leadership style matches the situation. This theory is different from situational and normative because this theory examine how best to run your team or organization given different situations. Another way to say this is that the best leadership style will be contingent on the situation.

The implications of these differences in an organizational setting could be difference in leadership style taken by the managers, different set of goals which decides which type of leadership would be best and to what degree and how the employees would motivated and empowered to achieve the organizational goals.
