Mike thinks that ground squirrels can get Bubonic Plague if they are bitten by an infected flea. Describe a controlled experiment that would verify if this is true or not.

In order to learn whether ground squirrel are infected by infected flea or not take a group of squirrel's and dived them in to two parts. Take each part of them in to separate growing chambers. Allow one group of squirrel to be infected by flea and other part considered as control. Observe them every day for any disease symptoms. If the treated group is showing any symptoms that are growing during course of observation compared to the control, then consider it true that infected flea is transmitting plague in squirrel's.
