No, in the first cycle, the CO2 will be released from oxaloacetate molecules, one CO2 will be released while conversion of isocitrate to alpha- glutarate and one will be from alpha-glutarate to succinyl coA. The 14C- of acetyl coA will remain same till the last step of citric acid cycle.
