Are your results from Procedure II and Procedure III consistent with research findings that there are differences in chlorophyll production and enzyme activity between shade-adapted leaves and sun-adapted leaves? Explain your reasoning. Cite your results from Procedure II and Procedure III to support your explanation.

Yes , because more the chlorophyll gives more sites for photosynthesis to take place which effects the enzyme activity and results in more consumption of oxygen and increase in concentration of cabrondioxide as one of the products in photosynthesis that is clearly shown in tablets.
But sun-adapted leaf samples show more changes after the increase in illumination level while shade-adapted leaf simples donot show much differences in results.

This is a guide to making the lab report:
General Biology BIO121 Yeast Fermentation Lab Introduction Organisms stay alive by the utilization of energy through metabolism. The energy acquiring pathways in photosynthesis convert radiant energy from the sun into the chemical bond energy of carbohydrates. This photosynthetic process is limited to the producers or autotrophs, which include plants, photosynthetic bacteria and some protists....
