**The correct answer is 70 but I am not sure why**

Genotype AA has two A allele. So, in 20 AA individuals there are total 40 A alleles present.

In 30 Aa individuals, 30 A and 30 a alleles are present.

So,total A allele in the population = 40 + 30 = 70 alleles.

So, there are 70 A alleles are present in the population.
